“I have the Insignia 10-sheet cross cut shredder. When I shred something it makes a thumping sound while shredding. Is it supposed to do that?”

• Make sure you're not shredding too much at a time... if you overwork it, you could burn out the motor quicker... use as directed (10 sheets or less at a time. )
