QuestionAre these battery packs allowed on air flightsI recently heard that the FAA is restricting lithium batteries on air flights. Anyone know if this battery pack is allowed in carryon luggage.

- Answer Yes. The FAA doesn't want extra batteries in checked baggage because they can pose a fire risk. Portable battery such as this one are allowed in carry on always.

- Answer How long was it plugged in. Depending on the charger sometimes it takes up to 12 hours to charge fully. Other chargers it just takes 3-4. I would say try a different one.

QuestionWhy won't it charge?I've had it for a couple of months, really great and convenient and useful, but yesterday after using it throughout the day then evening, when I finally got home it was like dead. I plugged it in, not one light came on, I left it in a few minutes, no lights. I stitched outlets and chargers, 3 apiece. Any thoughts?

- Answer Straight out of the box without charging it first it lasted a few weeks. I charge my iPhone a couple time a day with. After a few weeks it went down to half finally so I decided to charge it.
