• Hello Mindo, The SD card must be formatted by Tapping Menu button once, Select General Settings, then scroll down and select "Format", tap OK button, select the (O) to apply. • This cam says I can accept up to a 256 gig card when you put the card in it asks you to format it because it says it's not compatible you format it and then it works fine at least it did for me
