A:AnswerI’m just a customer like you and have had this issue as well. It’s an easy fix however. Just flip the shelf upside-down. The lip at the front of the shelf will keep cans from rolling forward.
A:AnswerCan't answer this directly, but mine is in our garage, where summer temperatures will often be over 90 degrees; we've had no trouble thus far. Garage winter temperatures are likely to fall to the low 40s, so I can't answer as to freezing temperatures.

A:AnswerWe are able to fit about three wine bottles on their side at the bottom. It's not deep enough to put wine any way but sideways, so we haven't put them on the shelves much because they don't sit securely and I'm worried one will roll and fall out when we open the door. Hope that helps!
