QuestionI've charged device for 4 hours and its still only showing first 2 blue lights on and 3rd light blinking blue and 4th light wont even turn on. Altogether it just shows 3 lights and not the blue to show fully charged. Why is it not working right?

- Answer It is working. I have discover that it takes about 6 hours to recharge the entire battery. At first I thought it was very slow recharging. Now I’m used to it so I try to recharge at night before bedtime.
