A:AnswerHello NeilS,
Allow 7.9 inches (20 cm) of space between the sides of the freezer and the walls, 3.9 inches (10 cm) between the back of the freezer and the wall, and 11.8 inches (30 cm) between the top of the freezer and the ceiling. This allows for proper air ventilation.

A:AnswerHello BSVr, I also have received the same unit recently. I would keep it at 0 degrees for the freezer. -8 is harder for the unit to keep up with. So with the freezer set at 0 F, next we need to address the door seal. If it is not sealing you are loosing temperature and the unit is working too hard. Is there a dent causing it not to seal? Try using weather stripping or thin foam with a sticky side you can attach it that area to create a good seal. That’s where I would start, I’f that does not work there may be an issue with the unit, check to see if it’s under warranty.
A:AnswerWhen we plugged it in, it started freezing right away! No off or on switch! But i believe if you have it in refrigerator mode and the power goes out it will restart in freezer mode.
A:AnswerIt's not overly heavy but I would not recommend trying to carry it down cellar stairs... get yourself a dolly or borrow one from a friend/relative... it makes the job soooo much easier
A:AnswerHi there!
The inside dimensions are 21.3" wide x 16.8" deep and the shelves are removable.

A:AnswerTo my understanding, the door doesn’t lock. The lock button on the panel applies to locking the keypad so the mode doesn’t get accidentally changed.
The magnets in the door do require a little extra effort to pull open, but I’m certainly ok with that.
A:Answer1. Don't open your freezer door longer than necessary;
2. Regularly check the gasket for damage;
3. Double-check to be sure the freezer door closes completely;
4. Only place cooled food in the freezer;
5. Do not place the freezer near warm appliances like a furnace, dryer or water heater;

A:AnswerDoor handles can easily be reversed on almost any refrigerator door by removing a few screws and bolts —but keep track of the parts and the assembly order.

A:AnswerWe have two of them. We use one as a freezer and one as a refrigerator in our garage. Even with the garage lights out and only using the internal lights - which are located in the front - we have no problems seeing the lower shelves as well as things in the back of the units. It's never been an issue for us and to be honest, never would've thought about it until I saw this question. Hope this helps!
