A:AnswerUsing the manual mode you can keep the lid in the open position for as long as you need it, until you turn manual mode off. Press the Open/Close button when the lid is open to turn off the sensor and have the lid remain open.

A:AnswerHey it’s the cheap gear inside. It cracks and so the shaft that spins and supposed to move this gear to push lid up, doesn’t do it anymore. See pic, it’s under here.. maybe try apoxy, or glue or if access to 3d printer print it.
