QuestionThe lock doesn't work. When door is open and I try to lock the metal hook moves into a locked position. W door closed, I lock and for secs I can't lift the door but then it it easily opens. Has anyone else had a prob w the lock? How did u fix it?

QuestionAnyone else having issues with the freezer door not wanting to open right after you’ve closed it? Any suggestions for fixing it before we accidentally rip the handle off trying to get into it? And yes, the freezer is unlocked when this has happened.
