Chest freezers with auto defrost are exceedingly rare and ususlly substantially more expensive when you do find one. If you want a freezer with an autodefrost you will likely have much better luck looking for an upright freezer. If you need the chest freezer form factor look for laboratory freezers but be prepared for 3 to 5 times the price. I'm unaware of any sold by Best Buy but that doesn't rule out the possibility they have one.
