A:AnswerWe have the same problem with our's and it has caused us to lose a lot of produce :-( We had a great tech come to the house and he pointed out that it is a design flaw - as our crisper drawers do not have vents and the cooling elements are directly behind the produce drawers. Super frustrating. We have other issues with this fridge and after four tech visits for a fridge that is less than a year old (!) - we were approved for a complete replacement.
A:AnswerThe cord length for the Insignia™ - 18.6 Cu. Ft. Bottom Freezer Refrigerator with ENERGY STAR Certification is 165 cm (or about 6 feet). Patricia | Insignia Support
A:AnswerHello! Thank you for reaching out. This is normal and is caused by the heat dissipated from the refrigeration process. If your fridge feels hot to the touch, it may be due to insufficient spacing between your fridge and it's surroundings. - Carl | Insignia Support
