The stand is very easy to assemble. Each component of the stand attaches to the TV with a single screw,. Since the stand components aren't heavily recessed, a person of average mechanical ability can easily start and tighten the screws. The actual setup takes just a few minutes, and the directions in the manual and on-screen are simple. It took me about 20 minutes to set up this set, and I'm a slow-moving klutz.
