A:Answer What input are you using? Local over the air antenna? If the signal comes in, but is weak you can sometimes get a picture, but no sound. Are you using hdmi for a pc or other device.? Check hdmi using a different device. If it is a pc it can be video card sound driver issue or a bad cable. Is it cable TV? If you have a really good picture, check to see if you have sound set to the correct output. or not turned off. Is the mute set? Many things can cause this issue. Does it work with a different input? Like over the air hd vs hdmi vs cable, etc??? Check connectors and cords as well.
