“Does the soundbar auto-sleep after a certain amount of time without signal?”

After testing it out I found that it turns off a few minutes after the TV is turned off.

No there isn't any sleep timer on it

It can be programed to be turn off with the tv by remote or sleep timer... well at least with my 39 in. insignia ruko tv via optical cable.

Sorry. Don't think so. its just a sound bar. I shut it off when I turn my system off. Sometimes I forget to turn off my system before I go to bed and everything is still on when I go to use it the next day.
