Yes, It should work fine with your Sceptre TV. I tried mine on 2 different makes of TVs and the sounds on both were Awesome. I ended up buying 2 of those same Soundbars and I am very happy with them. I like the Insignia brand anyway and always was happy with whatever I bought in Insignia.

You should have no problem connecting it to just about any tv. It has multiple ways to connect. It’s a great little sound bar. Emphasis on little. I had it paired with my 32 inch but swapped it out with a bigger sound bar. It is now connected to my 24” tv out in my RV and I’m very happy with it. Hope this helps.

Yes it will. As long as you have outputs on the back. The red and white plugs or the small 3.5mm headphone type jack.
