“I’ve only had my soundbar 2 months but suddenly no matter what input it’s on (bluetooth, RCA, etc) it’s so quiet it’s almost inaudible (even on max volume). I’ve tried unplugging it, turning it off, different phones, etc...nothing. How do I fix this?”

Sounds like you have a defective soundbar. I recently bought mine and zero problems. Volume up and down work fine. Return it for a new one.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is the volume on your television turned up? This speaker adjusts with the television as well as independently. If so, some televisions have sound output settings. Check those to ensure they are still correct.
