“I have hooked up the soundbar with the RCA cables to an insignia 32 Roku TV but there is no sound from soundbar. I have turned off TV speakers in settings but it does not work. What am I missing? Thank you”

• You must turn on the sound bar and set the input to RCA. I used the remote to do it all. If it doesn’t respond to the remote, the remote may have a bad battery.

• we didn't turn off speaker on tv, possible need to manually turn on sound bar with its remote, then the tv control will allow to adjust the volume on tv. hope that helps.
