• A:Answer If you press and hold the mute button on the remote for approximately 8 seconds, you should then see the soundbar blink a red light 3 times. Turn the TV off and On again, and you should see the voice assist has been deactivated.

Q: QuestionAmy difference between this one and the 32 in besides the length? Watts the same? Quality the same? If same I'd assume to get the smaller one

• A:Answer I have used both the 20 inch and 32 inch Insignia soundbars. Bass is stronger with the 32 inch, but they otherwise are similar. With the 32 inch you can position the subwoofer closer to where you are sitting, so it provides a greater surround effect.

It’s designed to either sit on a table in front of the TV stand or be mounted on the wall directly below a wall‑mounted TV. It doesn’t have hardware for attaching it to the TV itself.
