Customer Service may be able to see your purchase at the store if you have a Reward Zone ID # or Card fro them to swipe. Also, electronic purchases will fall under store policy on returns. If returning or exchanging an item in a Best Buy store, a valid photo ID is also required". So, unfortunately, no you would need a copy of the purchase receipt to return it
