No this is for desktop pc’s it uses a pcie slot for connecting.

No, this is for a desktop only. What you need is a USB Hub

I doubt it as this requires a PCIe slot on a regular system board and won't fit in a laptop.

No. This is for a desktop, not laptop installation. Pick a USB hub instead using and existing USB port to expand your available ports.
