Please try again later.That depends on a few things Fred: 1) I presume your all-in-one is a desktop, that being said, the size (or form factor) of the computer case is necessary info because this is related to the number of open/available slots in your motherboard. If the motherboard (and subsequently, the case) is a smaller form factor, then there either may not be enough room in the case or not enough slots on the motherboard to install the component. 1.a) furthermore, if the computer case isn't built to have the USB opening (a.k.a ports) exposed, then you'd essentially be wasting your money cause you wouldn't be able to even access the USB ports. 2) (this is taking into consideration that this component doesn't consume much power to begin with) If your power source capacity doesn't cover this component's consumption rate, there's a good chance you'll experience frequent sudden shutdowns. 3) You need to ensure your power supply is equipped with the necessary SATA cable to connect and power the component.
