Depends on your TV. If it has "speaker outputs" on the back, ...yes. If not, then you need to run the "L&R line outs" of the TV (if it has these) to an amp and then to these.

If you have a newer TV probably not since all new TVs seem to have only digital outputs and don't come with speaker outputs. You can't hook the speakers to a digital output nor to a "line" output.
