they hook up with normal speaker wire. NO BLUETOOTH, NO WIRELESS, and no you can not hook these up to your phone

Please try again later.These are regular indoor/outdoor speakers that require you to hook up to something like a mini-stereo system using regular speaker wire like the kind you can find right inside Best Buy. Typically 16-gauge wire will be fine. For ease of hookup get the kind of wire that has one red wire and one black wire and hook them to the back of the speaker according to color and do the same on the back of whatever mini-stereo system you have. I cannot vouch for hooking them up to a real powerful stereo system like what you might find in your living room, though it should work fine and you won't hurt the speakers in that case. The only time people hurt speakers is when they try to hook up large speakers to a low power amp, but hooking a small speaker to a big amp will only draw what the speaker needs so no harm. These do not have a Bluetooth nor USB connection.
