QuestionOur ice maker puddles and freezes or the ice is in chunks. Is there a way to fix this? Also, it doesn't stop making ice when the tray is full. This is annoying.

- Answer You have to have a brand new waterline kit if you want them to install it for you. I already had a waterline from my other fridge and they wouldn’t install it. Luckily they had an extra one in their truck and installed it for free. But no, it does not come with one.

- Answer There is one basket for the ice and it is removable. My did not come with any other baskets in the freezer.
