“Is there a temp control located in the freezer to control the freezer? I only see the one that controls the fridge at the top center of the fridge and its set at 3 which is perfect for the fridge but my freezer is really cold and everything is too frozen.”

Hi No freezer control. Unfortunately our freezer keeps everything too warm and doesn't freeze items all the way through.
