“frame from picture the picture does not fill the in tire screen from edge to edge, it has a 2 to 3 inch frame around the picture.. why?? I have no photo to send”

• Try adjusting the aspect ratio. Press the "Aspect" button on the remote and continue pressing it until you see the screen the way you want it.

• Have you tried viewing the picture in HD? That might do it.
