Yes, but only if your computer has an HDMI out. You may also have to change audio settings. If you don't want you computer's audio to use the TV speakers you'll have to jump in to the audio settings and change the Default device. HDMI usually defaults video AND audio. If your computer isn't powerful enough it may lag with such a large screen, you might also have to lower the resolution.
