“Remote control or other issue? I just received this & the HDMI input box that shows on the TV screen during set up won't turn off. The first 5 monutes all was ok while I watched a set up video, then the volume kept going all the way to 100 no matter what I tried to do. Couldn't mute with the remote & finally turned all off, unplugged & removed batteries from remote. Still didn't fix the issue. Eventually kept messing with all the buttons & then the screen that shows you options of settings kept flashing on & off.....what is going on? finally after an hour of messing with it I put the remote in a drawer & shut all off. Otherwise I might have thrown the whole thing out the window!!! Suggestions please before I have to return!!!!”
