• A:Answer Emma, The short answer is no.This TV has ATSC/NTSC tuners,which are primarily only used in North America,and the western coast of South America.To get a TV compatible with the other side of the world(Europe,Africa,etc.,you need to do a search for a TV that uses PAL and/or SECAM tuners.Here is a world map that shows who uses what.Hope this helps! Q: QuestionMy TV ns-24er310na17 is able to be switched on, but I am not able to see the menu. Only the Bleu screen with Insignia Roku TV shows up. And it does not go. I reset the TV, switch off, on... But still the same screen. Any idea what it can be? Thanks

Q: QuestionHow do I get the red light (idle status) to come on when the tv is plugged into an outlet? Recently, I noticed that the red light (on the bottom left of the screen) isn't on when the tv is powered off and now I cannot power on the tv at all.

• A:Answer I guess 1st I would want to know if it's the tv or the remote. If you can manually turn on tv with the buttons on tv, then you know it's just the remote to take back and exchange. If tv won't come on manually, then you know whole thing needs to be exchanged.

Q: QuestionThe picture "brightness level" is always set on "brighter" when I turn it on.... Is there a way of setting the level to "normal"and keeping it at that level at all times. even at startup?
