“I only want this to watch DVD's while I use my treadmill - so is this hard to set up to do only that? In other words, can I just plug this TV into an outlet and insert a DVD and it immediately comes on - or is there a lot of "set up" to go through?”

• It does not have a built in DVD player. However ,it is very easy to set up

• You would need to connect a DVD or BluRay player to an HDMI port on the TV.
