QuestionI just tried installing this brand new dishwasher, and it won’t turn on. I’ve triple checked that I’ve done the wiring correctly and I’ve even checked and the wires are indeed “hot.” Is there a chance that my new dishwasher has a bad control board?

- Answer I just tried to install mine as well, its doing the same thing to me, The wires are good as I tested them. Did any of this get resolved? And how so?

QuestionNS-DwH1SS9 insignia dishwasher. Just installed. 2H/20 flashing. Normal wash light and heated dry lights are on. Delay light was on now off. Will not reset. Pushed delay multiple times and pushed start/ cancel multiple times. Powered off. Still not workin

QuestionOn the top control panel , accidentally got bumped to a “lock “ light is on , held in for 3 sec , but it will not “unlock” so I can set desired wash cycle how do get the lock lit to off from this position

QuestionHad the washer for about 7 months no issues. Now the door won't shut and the control panel is non responsive. I've tried shutting off the breaker many times, doesn't reset the panel. Stuck on the 2H/20 reading but won't respond to press of the button

QuestionAll the lights are lit on my Insignia dishwashers and I have an error code of EE. I have tried turning the circuit breaker on and off...to no avail. All the lights just come back on and the EE error code. What should I do?? Terrible dishwasher!!!!

QuestionInstalled yesterday, White.There is a part hanging freely inside that looks like a spray arm attached to the upper rack by a piece of wire. It moves with the rack and attaches itself to something at the back when pulled in.

QuestionThis is a Best Dishwasher from Igniasia. What is the white nipple for..the black type is the drain.. black is about 7/8 and the white is/1/2 inch... what do we do with the white nipple in the back. See photo
