A:AnswerHi.
Thank you for leaving us this question trusting that we will answer you accurately. It is specified that the preferred method to avoid damage is a lightly dampened soft cloth and household cleaner. This is more detailed on the User's Guide for this product on page 22. I will leave you here a link where you can find it.

A:AnswerThe manual gives good photos showing how to load silverware into the upper rack. We have been using the silverware bin for silverware, and the upper rack for cutlery and cooking utensils. You are supposed to stand the utensils on edge in the many little slots provided. Larger cooking utensils cannot be stood on edge, due to height limitation. Laying the stuff flat, we notice some items are not cleaned well. It's construction and design (you can adjust it for various scenarios--see manual) are satisfactory, but the whole thing seems a little flimsy. Nevertheless, we really like having a place to put the larger cooking utensils, even if we have to be sure they are thoroughly rinsed before putting them on the rack.
A:AnswerSame here. So far, it has run 3 cycles. Every time I open and close the door, it starts again. The control panel on this thing is garbage. Open door, press cancel for 3 seconds or more, it just starts the countdown again, close the door and starts another wash cycle. Wish I read the reviews on this piece of junk before purchasing.
A:AnswerHi, yes the dishwasher has internal water sensors that will shut the dishwasher off. It will provide you with an error code to use for the troubleshooting. It will also beep and the bottom light will flash.
Hope this helps ( I also took a picture of the error codes provided in the manual for future reference...most people misplace the manual after installation)
