- Answer Insignia is a best buy product but I don't recommend it because best buy doesn't stand behind their products. They look for any and all excuses as to why they can't fulfill their warranty obligations.

QuestionOrdered the dishwasher, hooked up the electrical, tested it to see if it works, machine blinks once then unresponsive. They let us get a new dishwasher, the new one just got here and same exact issue. What’s up with that?

Questionwhen properly installed (top control; panel) is the control; panel visible? I fi install the dishwasher and it protrudes from the counter about 1", is that a problem? It doesn't look too bad an d appears to work just fine. My cabinet depth is 24 1/2"

QuestionI was wondering about the pumping system as far as the water draining. The plumber is hooking us up in a home that's never had one and he said it needs to have a good pumping system because of the direction of the drain. Can you give me information?

QuestionAre parts available for this? I checked some appliance parts websites and the model doesn't come up. If parts are not available this is not as big of a bargain as it seems because it if non-repairable it is essentially a disposable item.

- Answer Yes. https://partstore.encompass.com/model/ISGNSDWR3SS1/E/ Partstore has parts for this dishwasher. Also check as often the equivalent Midea part is less money. It has many shared components with Midea dishwashers.

QuestionHow big is the box that it comes in? I want to check to see if it will fit in the car.

- Answer I’m not sure of the dimensions of the box but the appliance alone is not likely to fit in a car. It’s 90 lbs so there’s definitely extra space all around for packing. You would need a pickup truck or minivan with seats removed and at least two strong people to maneuver it. I would suggest delivery - which is what we did. My husband then installed it. Hope this helps.

QuestionMy counter cutout height is 34.375" (possibly 0.05" higher) and the depth of the counter is 25.00". I don't mind if the unit sticks out a bit past the counter. Will the height suffice for this installation and allow the door to close?

Questionon occasion the pan will still be full of water after a wash and dry cycle. When this happens starting a new cycle will make the pump run and clear out the pan. Why? Is there a way to make the pump run without starting and interupting a new cycle?
