Yes you can, and nothing bad will happen to the phone, when the charging potential of a phone is less than the watts in the charger it just goes up to 15w for example.

Please try again later.I’ve tried the official Samsung 25w charger on my Moto g stylus 5g 2023 , it shows turbo power but it keeps waking up, on and off every few seconds as if you plugged it in then unplugged it over and over…I switched to a different 20w usb c adapter and now it works fine. There seems to be some communication issue with the Samsung brick and the moto phone..very odd behavior. I do regularly charge another Samsung phone with this same Samsung 25w brick and it works fine enables super fast charging no issues
