QuestionMy freezer seems to be working intermittently. It was trying to make ice then the tray would end up as a frozen sheet as if it makes ice. Then the ice melts to a pool at the bottom of the tray. Then it freezes as a solid sheet. Any help would be great.

- Answer There is water drop sign symbol on the crisper cover, one water drop means less humidity, three water drop means more humidity, you can slide the block the control it.
