• Yes. It’s installed with the door hinges on the right. Opening left, swinging right

• Yes, the door is reversible. I didn’t see very clear instructions but a little google search helped me through it. It took me about 10 minutes to do it solo. If possible, I recommend you have someone help you so the door lines up easier when reinstalling after flipping.
