A:AnswerIf you use any of the optional programs with names on the remote, such as relax, comfort, etc then it does change the type of massage within the 20 minutes several times. If you go into manual mode, where you control the location you are able to get the full 20 minutes as kneading.
A:AnswerNo assembly is not required, it's good to go out of the box, but be aware if you do have it delivered they do not "set it up" for you, i.e. taking it out of the box and placing it where you want it, and hauling off the box. That was my bad experience in purchasing this item as one of the perks I thought I was getting based on the item's delivery information. I was left trying to get it out of the box and be mindful, it is super heavy and awkward to get out cause there is basically nowhere to grip it. And be prepared to have to deal with hauling off the giagantic box yourself. They literally drop it and go...

A:AnswerIt does recline fully horizontal with the exception of your legs from knees down. If you use it as a recliner its best to lay a pillow or padded blanket of some sort to cover up the middle section wear the rollers ride. It is very comfortable and I have fallen asleep in it.
