A:AnswerHello Retro! Indeed, you can place the fridge on your patio. However, ensure it's positioned out of direct sunlight and away from any heat sources. This precaution helps protect the fridge's acrylic coating and also prevents an increase in electricity usage. It's recommended to keep the surrounding temperature under 50°F (approximately 10°C) or over 85°F (around 29.4°C) for optimal performance. |Angelica| Insignia Support| https://www.bestbuy.com/site/insignia-retro-3-1-cu-ft-mini-fridge-with-top-freezer-and-energy-star-certification-mint/6410013.p?skuId=6410013

A:AnswerI haven't had that issue. My freezer is separate from the refrigerator area. the frozen stays frozen and the 9ther keeps things cold. the 2 separate areas are key, in my opinion, for not having your freezer leak onto your food below. I had that issue in the past with an other mini fridge. good luck
A:AnswerHi! I have never had mine in a storage closet but I have always had it in a corner under my bed (in a dorm room). It has never once overheated over my three years of ownership despite being cramped up under there. As long as the back is not right up against the wall I’d say you should be good honestly.
A:Answerif you lay it on the side, be sure to have it upright for twice the amount of time it was on its side. the refrigerant needs to go back into the compressor or it will not work when its plugged in.
