A:AnswerIt is 26" deep inside x 16&1/2' wide. If you want to store a standard box of ice cream and not the round tubs I would say you could store about 23 with the basket still in it. If you need to store the bigger round tubs I would suggest the 5ft chest freezer.
A:AnswerIt could be done, but you would want to use a pretty hefty inverter (not a small one that runs off a cigarette lighter). I believe that it takes 3.5 amps when its running, but it will require quite a bit more when initially starting the compressor. Two low of amperage, and the compressor will eventually burn out.
A:Answer-Have had this freezer for about a month now and it eventually got to a frozen temperature and I love it. I noticed since the interior is silver, it doesn't "look" frozen but it is freezing cold inside and my groceries are definitely frozen. Hope this helps :)
A:AnswerYes, it will. And I don’t believe you’d have to lay it down. But if you did, you should wait for a day or so before stating it up to allow the oil to drain back down again
A:AnswerYes! Definitely. I use it as our meat freezer. There was much more room than I thought there would be and it works beautifully and it's quiet as well. The first week I got it, I checked it almost every day to make sure it was still on since it make no noise! This was a great buy at an affordable price. I wish I had room for a larger model!
A:AnswerIt can be placed in the garage, just make sure there is adequate spacing between the freezer and it’s surrounding. Maybe a fan or open window to extend the life of the freezer and bring down the brutal temperature in the garage. You’ll be fine (^-^)
