Windows will only allow partitioning on a MBR disk to 1,048 GB. A tool such as MiniTool allows you to convert the disk to GPT which permits > 1TB partitioning. I believe there might be a free version but I paid for it (inexpensive).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The partition scheme is based on your Operating System.. not the drive enclosure.. you must be using windows 7, 8 or 10 to do what you are wanting
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That shouldn't have anything to do with the enclosure, but the software you're using to format the disk. All the enclosure does is provide a way for your machine to "talk" to the drive you put inside.
