“Just Installed this outlet and when I use the USB to charge my phone the outlet makes a "buzzing" noise. Is that normal? Thanks”

• No, that's not normal. Check your installation (be sure the power is off), otherwise you might have a defective unit.

• The outlet should not maks any siund. It should work like your normal charger. It looks like your outlet id defective
