• . My phone would be fully charge in less than in hour and most of the time its @ 5% before i put it to charge.I used a Samsung galaxy phone.

• When I connected my Samsung devices I did not get the slow charging notification on my phone so I will assume it does.

• No is charges at only one rate .5 amps. That's not close the the 1.5 or better that the quick chargers work at.

• You need to check the amperage of the fast charge USB cord. If it is 3.6 amp or less, then yes it is compatible.
