    • Answer Best Buy/Insignia's response is wrong. I bought this remote specifically for Apple TV and based it off this one question and answer. My wife tried to program it to Apple TV last night. I spent 30 min this morning. Then spent 58 min chatting to 2 live agents (yes, i have the transcript) trying to make it work. So NO, ABSOLUTELY NOT, this remote does not work with Apple TV. If you search for and download the device code pdf for this remote you will notice Apple is NOT listed in the product code list
