“AC is blowing warm air on cool setting, spitting ice and I received a P1 code..I recently cleaned the filters and checked them today and found ice on the metal part after removing filter..I drained water from bottom but its still icing up.”

You may have to let it continuously drain if you're in a high humidity environment. Also make sure you're draining the right port. One port is for the dehumidifier and one is for the cooling. You should also let it thaw out for a day while letting it drain and just run the fan setting to help it dry.
