QuestionOn-line specifications reflect a width of 34.8" which is close to fit my cabinet. Before I a trip Metro Detroit (unit not available at Best Buy in Canada) can someone give me an exact width to a 1/16 of an inch? I believe that I can fit a TV 34 and 5/8

- Answer No, the exact width to the 16th of an inch is not available. Only the exact width to the 10th of an inch is available. This TV is 34.8 inches wide exactly.

QuestionSetup tv @ vacation home, no WiFi yet but setup to cable w/o HD. Speakers don’t work properly, have a static sound every few seconds, I used my Verizon jet pack for WiFi and the amazon prime movies sound fine. Why & will it play HBO when I subscribe?

- Answer Check connections. Hbo should work just fine. I got amazon, hulu, sling, hbo, and netflix on it and they work just perfectly fine.

QuestionDoes this TV support mirroring display/casting? I can't seem to cast it from my Samsung phone and in the Display and Sound under Settings, there is no Enable Mirroring Display Option as in my Samsung TV. So I guess not but I'm not 100% sure

QuestionI just got an Insignia FireTV (39 inch). As I am trying to screw the stands on (2 screws for each stand) I am noticing that the screws will not go in far enough to actually tighten the stands against the base of the TV. Is this normal?

QuestionJust brought this home and the legs won't tighten down. I can't set it up because the legs are too wobbly. Must I use a power tool and force the screws into The TV?

- Answer I would make sure the screws went in straight. I was able to secure them all the way but sometimes the screws can go in a little crooked and only tighten a little bit
