“Replaced a Panasonic with Insignia 39". I have a cable from the wall which attaches to A SAT box. On the Panasonic I just set the channel to #60 and the SAT picture would come in. I tried that on the new TV and nothing. What is wrong ?”

Did you set the input to a SAT box? It may be that the TV is set to cable.

Go to setup and it should allow you to pick where your signal is coming from. It will list choices and which import to use.
