A:AnswerI have a Dell Inspiron laptop fairly recent edition. And I have an adapter from it to HDMI that connects and works fine with my Dell desktop monitor. Having said that I did disconnect my laptop and tried plugging it into this TV with the HDMI adapter and it did not work.
A:AnswerThis is not a smart TV so it will not connect to any online services by itself. You will need something along the lines of an appleTv, ROKU, Fire stick, PlayStation or Xbox to get the streaming services.
A:AnswerLow volume with this tv is a very common complaint and about the only thing that can be done would be to add an A/V receiver or amplified speakers. It's probably not the Fire Stick. I'm not specifically familiar with them, do they have a configuration menu where you can set a max volume level? Perhaps that is something you can check.
