QuestionThere is a buzzing noise coming from the left side of the back region. It is intermittent and appears to be related to the air bags. Everything still works, but I'm wondering if anyone knows what could be causing the noise? Sounds electrical.

QuestionWhat does it take to get chair delivered? Bought on 11/22/22 to be delivered on 11/29/22. On delivery day they cancelled "due to weather", said would deliver on 12/4/22. Didn't show up then either. 21 days, 5 calls, 8 transfers later...still no answer!

- Answer Sorry to hear that. We ordered our chair on 11/14/22 and selected 11/22/22 for a delivery date. They delivered as requested and did a great job setting everything up. Absolutely no problems. So I don't know what happened with your order, but we are extremely happy with the chair. We have had no weather problems where we live so maybe that is an issue. Whatever the problem, the chair is worth waiting for. We love it. Good luck.

QuestionI just got an Insignia 2d and it sometime squeezes my legs too hard and massages my lower back way too hard. Is there anyway to adjust the rollers of the 2D?

- Answer We have the 3D but its probably very similar as far as settings. There is a control dial on the right arm of the chair that adjusts the intensity of the massage. Clockwise for stronger intensity and counter clockwise to lower intensity.

QuestionMy wife wants to get this but she is 4'10. Is she to short for this? if she is does anyone know if she is to short for 2D model?

- Answer No, she is not too short for this model. My wife isn't much taller, maybe 5' 1" and my son is maybe 4' and they both fit and it works great for them. My daughter is younger and maybe a little over 3' and she does not fit. The chair adjusts to the size of the user, but I would say not past about 4'.

QuestionWill this fit my 34in door frame ? I know the chair is 32.7 but including the box , would it fit? Or would it need to come off out of the box ?

- Answer The box is huge. It would have to come out of the box. The professional installers removed it and took it in with the rollers on the back without any issues.

- Answer I’m not sure if you can add a cup holder but I don’t think it is a good idea also, because the chair will lay back all the way and I think it will spill any drinks you have in the cup holder if you can find a way to add one

- Answer It is listed at 238 pounds in the specifications. I don't know an exact number, but it's fairly heavy, but the back edge does have wheels which makes it a ton easier to move.
