A:AnswerWe just got this a couple weeks ago, so haven't learned everything about it yet. My wife loves it, though! I know you can adjust the intensity on the back, and the feet. I don't think you can adjust the calves. I also do not know about buying a different leg extension. It does a good job of sensing your body size and adjusting the length of the leg rests.

A:AnswerSorry to hear that. We ordered our chair on 11/14/22 and selected 11/22/22 for a delivery date. They delivered as requested and did a great job setting everything up. Absolutely no problems. So I don't know what happened with your order, but we are extremely happy with the chair.
We have had no weather problems where we live so maybe that is an issue. Whatever the problem, the chair is worth waiting for. We love it. Good luck.
A:AnswerWe have the 3D but its probably very similar as far as settings. There is a control dial on the right arm of the chair that adjusts the intensity of the massage. Clockwise for stronger intensity and counter clockwise to lower intensity.
A:AnswerNo, she is not too short for this model. My wife isn't much taller, maybe 5' 1" and my son is maybe 4' and they both fit and it works great for them. My daughter is younger and maybe a little over 3' and she does not fit. The chair adjusts to the size of the user, but I would say not past about 4'.
