Q: QuestionMy machine is only 5 months old & hasn't been used heavily. I notice now at the start of every spin cycle, the washer is INCREDIBLY LOUD, then after it gets going, it's quiet. This wasn't happening when it was brand new. What's wrong?

Q: QuestionI distribute the laundry carefully & equally around the agitator ~why does laundry ALWAYS ball up on one side of tub after initial weight assessment/ before water comes into tub? Then I have to always pause the machine & redistribute the items.

Q: QuestionThe fabric softener is not dispensing. Yes, we are hitting the softener button. This problem has been happening for about 2 weeks now after 4 months of use. Can the dispenser be removed and cleaned? Any YouTube on how to do this if possible? Suggestions?

• A:Answer We had the same problem and added hot water to the dispenser , it worked. The dispenser has a small nozzle on the bottom ours was slightly clogged so I ran a pipe cleaner through the nozzle and fixed the problem. We use a somewhat thick fabric softener so we have diluted the by adding water to the softener bottle, works great. Love this washed .

• A:Answer Yes. The paperwork says they're fine to use & I've have no issues so far. Be sure to use HIGH EFFICIENCY detergent though to prevent excessive bubbles.

• A:Answer It's to weigh the load and then add the "right" amount of water. The process usually balls everything up on one side of the machine. Pause it, once the water "starts" to pour (it will restart if paused b4 water starts) and redistribute your items.

• A:Answer I bought this machine to replace a front loader. Over time fabric softener would gunk up in the dispenser tray. This is most likely happening in this machine's dispenser in an area that you can't see or get to. As suggested, try pouring hot water through the dispenser. It may take time, but in the mean while use a Downey Ball.
