“I’ve been told to use a detergent formulated for ColdMotion cold water wash - is that necessary or can I use any detergent (I use Seventh Generation liquid). Thank you.”

Wash with cold water and I use liquid detergent and liquid fabric softener , and it washes very well no complaints.
