My wife loves it because it checks a lot of boxes. However, we (like you) struggled to find reviews. We found Best Buy Canada has a similar model with some reviews. Their big complaints were very long pre-heat and burner times, and the one we have seems to follow that pattern. (Ours may have been damaged in shipment and we are awaiting the replacement next week.) Boiling water takes much longer than our prior electric, and the thing never got up to 350 when we tested it. Will try to update this comment when the replacement comes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought this last fall before Thanksgiving. Everything is disappointing! The oven handle has to be tightened a lot, and can cause problems if it comes loose mid-pull. When using the oven, I have to use a thermostat and I automatically have to I have to up the temperature by 50 for pre-heat and constantly keep track of the temperature during baking as it fluxuates. The surface heating is the same as noted in the other comments, sometimes pasta even seems to "prevent" a good boil. I have tried numerous times to deal with the warranty and just finally gave up. It would have been worth it to pay more for a brand name that values it's reputation.
